Receiving an error when attempting to view tree

When ever I click my tree I get an error. Why can't I view my tree? This has been going on over 1 month.

Hi Michael - I'm sorry that you're having issues viewing your tree. Could you please go to http://supportdetails.com and let me know which Operating System, Web Browser and Flash version you're using so that I can test? Thank you!

My wife uses the same computer and she can view her tree under her geni acct...I sent the email and still no change :(

Hi Michael - I believe we identified the issue that is preventing some users from viewing their trees. We're working on the solutions and will release it soon.
