Profile shows nonexistent smart match

is an example where the profile shows 1 smart match but when green box is selected message says no smart match. Several other examples can be provided if necessary. Condition does not occur consistently.

  Thanks for reporting this Richard.  We are working on a fix for this, and I hope to have more information soon.
