Privacy settings not available

Hi there,

I have trouble with the privacy settings. I'm administrator of all my relatives as I have setup this account. There are no contributions or activity from the relatives yet. Now, I can adjust the privacy level for each and everyone of my relatives except for Josette Gort - Cieslik which is my mother. Her profile is open for the public and I need to change it to private asap. There is no option for that near her settings. Please do that for me, or reset the settings.

  That profile is partly claimed (you see that by the Send message link), so she is the only one who can change it.

  Since she has not been logged in since she joined she might have to use these instructions: Lost Password

  Otherwise an email from her to subscriptions@geni.com might be necessary to get access.

  Hi, subscriptions@geni.com is not a valid emailaddress.. doe you have another one?
  The primary email address of my relative doesnt exist anymore. So lost password is not working..

  Hi Jaroslaw, the profile for Josette is confirmed as private.  

  There was a brief period of time (around June 12-14) where our email servers were having issue.  This has been resolved, and subscriptions@geni.com should work now if you still need it.
