Hello, I had uploaded a bunch of images and in one of my albums the first half of the 78 photos are only displayed with a generic document icon.

What happened to these images?

  Hi Andrew - We investigated, and these images are saved on our servers as these little document icons and they haven't been modified since they were first uploaded in November of 2008. It appears that they've been broken since they were uploaded. It was so long ago, it's not possible for us to tell what went wrong.
