I am trying to remove a person from my tree. Originally the person logged in and took control of her profile, but then told me she did not want to be listed on the tree. I asked her to close her account to give me control of profile again, and she did. However, I still cannot remove the rectangle from my tree. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Job Waterreus Leon Danie Grobler,
it may help if you give a link to the profile.

Job Waterreus It is a user profile. Default only users themselves may edit the profile, but they can give family permission to edit their data, see https://www.geni.com/account_settings/profile_privacy

Leon Danie Grobler Unable to find the "default" account holder for that profile. I am working on my default account, cannot even edit the profile in my account.

Leon Danie Grobler If there was a merge, how can i undo the merge. I want to use my own profiles and not somebody's profiles who is hacking me!

Job Waterreus You seem to have multiple accounts. If so you can merge them or ask Geni to help you with that (see How do I contact Geni about my subscription?)
