I have one profile with barb.keer@gmail.com as the e-mail address. But, I seem to be my own sister with http://www.geni.com/people/Barbara-Keer/6000000001746652991?through=6000000003433567698. I no longer have access to the e-mail address associated with that other profile (b_keer@hotmail.com).
Could you please help me merge the profiles and delete the hotmail.com address once and for all?

Thanks for your help with this. Yes, the profiles are merged, but now, Barbara is locked out completely, since the one remaining
e-mail address is b_keer@hotmail.com, and address she does not have access to.
Please change her e-mail address to barb.keer@gmail.com so she can once again log in.

Yikes, that's not how it's suppose to work. According to Geni, neither email address is deleted as you can have multiple email addresses for your profile. According to them, she should now be able to log in with either email address. Sounds like the problem is that perhaps it choose the password of the old account. It can only have one password and it's suppose to use the one from the last logged on account, but maybe it got messed up. Curators don't have the ability to look at the email address(es) and I can't delete one or make one primary. We have no permission to that area.
Here is what I would try. Try to log in with the normal password using the old email address (you don't need access to the email to log into Geni using it). If that doesn't work, try again to log in with the normal password using the current email. If that doesn't work, try to remember the old password and repeat. If none of that works, try to do a password reset using the current email address. And if that doesn't work, email subscriptions@geni.com or put in a Help Desk ticket. This is community help, but since you're a pro member you can place a help desk ticket and have Geni directly respond to it.
I'm sorry it didn't work like we expected. Please let me know if one of the above methods works, so that I can better know what could happen and how best to respond. If it did something that it's not suppose to, I'd like to pass that on to the developers as a bug report.
