I have already subscribed to SmartMatch. Most of yesterday and starting again today, I cannot use the feature. Instead, I receive an offer to subscribe. What do I do

Bjørn P. Brox Check in the upper right corner of the window to see if you are logged in on MyHeritage.
You find the option to log in there as well, if not.Caused by maintenance (and like the fact the Geni moved over to new serves some days ago) you are probably automatically logged out.

Permanently deleted user Hi Elizabeth, as Bjorn said, please check if you are logged in on the MyHeritage page where the smart match is. If you are logged out, you should see a 'Login' button in the upper right corner of the page.
