eighth generation tree source will not load. has 'flag' stating: continue (+29). when click flag, system 'times' then returns field stating: "request timeout. We've changed preferences to reduce number of ancestors and descendent generations" (??) When I click 'OK', system just sits and 'times'. What to do - what to do???
