I just ordered a DNA Test for my mother as a gift. The 3rd step in the process is "Confirm Your DNA Order by phone". However, after entering my mother's phone number, she never received a phone call. How do I "confirm my DNA Order" and finalize the order?

I'm terribly sorry that your mother did not receive the confirmation call. I have checked the system logs and can confirm your order is placed, and your DNA test was successfully ordered. Average delivery time on the DNA test is 10 days.
As part of the order, you should have received an email confirming the order. I can see that Geni did send the email - Can you verify that you received said email?

This happened to me too. No phone call to confirm so two days later, I ordered again. Now there's two "pending" charges on my credit card and no confirmation.
