A couple weeks ago your marketing department started embedding links in the emails that they send out. These links cause outlook to hang. I get 100's of emails every day. These Geni emails are the only ones that I have any problems with and force me to have to end task in outlook every time I click on a Geni email.

Lynn Freeman Microsoft Outlook has started to hang often. The URL below is referenced in Geni's emails. Please fix this problem. Until then, I have had to delete all of my Geni incoming emails. Thank you.

Thank you for reporting this issue. We are in the process of reviewing it. Can you please provide more information regarding which version of Outlook and Windows you are using? Would you be able to send us a screenshot?
Are you able to read your emails on a web-based email reader instead of through Microsoft Outlook? If so, can you forward us one of the emails at subscriptions@geni.com ?
