Unable to delete profile that I created (not claimed, not any childs to it)

One of the family members requested me to remove all the profile details of his branch of the family from our tree.

I am trying to remove them and It's not letting me, even though I am the creator of the profiles and they have not been claimed, nor have childs.

The profiles I am trying to delete are

Not sure if it's a bug or smething else I don't know?

Can you please help to delete these 2 profiles?

  It won't let you delete them because it would split the tree.  Meaning it would disconnect Kanti's siblings from the tree, leaving them floating.  If you delete Kanti's siblings (and nice/nephew), it should allow you to delete her, then her husband.

  Thanks a lot Jeff !

  But the probem, is that the delete is disabled as well on the sibblings, nieces and nephews too, which are all at the bottom of a branch. [all of which I added myself and the accounts have not been claimed.. so technically, i should have been able to delete them].  That's why I think it's a possible bug in the system.

  e.g accounts of sibling and niece, which delete is disabled too.

  Ya, you're correct.  There is a bug there.  When a spouse is deleted it's not releasing it from the relationship.  A ticket has been created on it.  Thanks

  I've gone ahead and deleted them for you.

  I cannot delete my ex-spouse. There is no option to delete her in the edit. There are no other people to be left dangling if she is deleted, i.e., no tree to be split.

  Jeff, I don't know how to do that. I cannot message you if you are not in my tree. Clicking on your hyper-linked name results in "Unable to view the requested message."
