Why is the profile picture of my newly born great nephew not feeding on to the family tree?   The latter merely states "photo error".

  I have seen this error when a image have the wrong file extension compared to the image type, but that does not seem to be the issue here.

  I tried to switch photo's on him for without any effect.
  I will ask customer support to take a look.

  Hmm, you got a photo on the tree node now, so may be we are just talking about some timeout adjustments they have to tune.
