My name is Tammy Hilton Castagnoli I have a proflie on this web sight. I have received emails from your company about matches etc. For some reason I can not access my profile and when I put in my email address of Hilton61282@yahoo.com it states that its not associated with a profile. I cant reset a password nothing. I have pictures and information on this site that i can no longer access. Again my name is Tammy Hilton Castagnoli date of birth <removed for security reasons> I so desperately want to be able to access this information be able to continue to build my family tree. I am very upset that I cant access any information it made me have to create another profile today. I dont want to have to start over with all my information again. Thank you Tammy Castagnoli

Bjørn P. Brox You have another active account created in 2011 and last logged in on April 23, 2013, so you are probably operating with several email addresses.
I send a message to that account to give you a notification on which account, so check other email accounts you might have.

Tammy Castagnoli If you could please assist me I am trying to change my email address. The correct email address should be the t.castagnoli10@gmail.com and I would like to delete the hilton61282@yahoo.com email. I merged the two Tammy Castagnoli profiles but now most of my family tree is missing. I want only one profile using the t.castagnoli10@gmail.com with my password of Russtam09. I would greatly appreciate your assistance. This is very confusing and frustrating. I will be deleting the hilton61282@yahoo.com for I will no longer be using this email. Thank you -

I have identified the problem with my oldest geni proflie. The one that I am no longer able to access. The email address listed on the Tammy Castagnoli account with my picture showing is
listed as hilton6124@gmail.com. This is incorrect. It is missing the zero after the 4. It should read hilton61240@gmail.com. If you can correct this issue I would be so appreciative. The newest Tammy Castagnoli geni profile has t.castagnoli10@gmail.com listed as the email account which is ok. I will delete the newest profile that does not have my picture listed. Thank you
