He dupicates persons and adds what he calls "unknown" - I have tried to reason with him - but his answer is that since he is a paying customer - he can do as he pleases - though he admits that he doesn't have a clue on genealogy.
Just insists that he is a paying customer and therefore can do as he pleases. Is this true?
