Consumer Protection

When I first signed on, in good faith, to your free basic subscription, I was never informed about any limit, or that I would be locked into purchasing an upgrade later on. So, I proceeded to enter all my personal family tree data and was able to work with others on duplicate merges. I managed to collaborate with others successfully on expanding our family trees.  Now, I find that I can no longer acess related files or enable merges.  I am constantly being directed to the upgrade page and get stuck in an endless loop.   I cannot continue to work on my family tree as promised.  Please honor our original agreement, and allow me to proceed with my work.
