I have pushed the link to reset password. It says it has emailed details which never arrive. Tried this several times over a few days.
I have had to create another email account just to log this issue as no one will answer my queries via email. help@geni.com. Instead I get an email saying I'll have to pay for the privilege of raising the issue.
All I really want to do is log on and delete my account. It seems either geni or spammers are setting up accounts on this site and I am worried what they are being used for. I expect to make it look like geni have a lot of users. Can someone from geni please contact me now.
