Cannot receive invitations or request etc!

I have been invited, never got the invitation, so I signed up and sent invitation to my mother, who also never got the invitation. So now we both had to start new profiles, and I cannot merge her into my family tree, as just about anything I click gives me adverts for upgrading to PRO. I would never ever pay for things, if this is how bad your free version is. I have spent now a day, trying to figure out how to put my mothers profile on my family tree, also I have invitations to projects, yet, I haven't received them.

Not pleased.

  I am having the same issue. I created a profile and sent an invite to my daughter (who states she never got it). I realized it was sent to the wrong email so she finally gets it and when she gets to the page that asks for her name email and create a password it tells her she has already been invited did she want to resend invite or create a new tree, she clicks resend invite and it takes her through this process all over again. So I deleted her and re-added her to my tree and when I went to send the invite it says invitation sent to 0 family members (even though her name/email was check to have an invite sent to. What is the issue?
