Not able to print free family tree

I bought a five generation photo family tree from you.  Now that it's free I downloaded it, but the tile was different than the one I ordered and I didn't change it?!?  Now I can't download it a second time after I've corrected the tile around our name.  Please help me download it a second time.  I would also like to add my data base of 8,800 names to make trees for family members but it's not clear how to upload it.  Please contact e-mail me back with help on the two problems.  Thank you, Mary
