Why aren't entries in OVERVIEW page showing up?

Have been doing many hours of research on family members and entering the findings on their pages / OVERVIEW tab.  Go back to look, and those entries aren't there.  Have been doing GENI for over 3 years, so I do know how to use its features.  What gives with the disappearing work?  (I already know it can be resurrected from HISTORY, but that's hit-or-miss and is not how I need to spend my time.)

Failure to accurately represent the work which is entered is going to drive people away from GENI really fast... Please fix, get more server space, or do whatever it takes, asap!!

  Hi, 

  thanks for writing.  the examples i've come across, I've fixed by retrieving my labors from HISTORY, but will send you the next one that hits me.  it's been hitting me 2 days in a row in work on http://www.geni.com/people/Christen-Jensen-Christensen/6000000017424892697 (discovered the problem yesterday morning) and on http://www.geni.com/people/Antonette-Margrethe/6000000017424970240 just today.  Really has me despairing, so many all-nighters wasted...

  The revisions on the profiles looks OK for me, but did not compare every revision, - only made by you.

  I have seen complaints on disappearing profile about me's and I have experienced it myself.

  The fact was that the text was just shifted down to the bottom of the page, below where the right column ends, and scrolling down to the bottom of the page made them visible.
  What caused this situation was that there was some extremely long lines in the text, something which usually happen if you just do a copy and paste from other websites.

  Hi,

   Thanks for that info -- but none of it applies to my case(s).  (And even if it did, it wouldn't be anywhere near acceptable 'service" on the part of GENI.)  Material inputted is supposed to show up where it's been put; that's only reasonable and there is no programming-related reason why it should be otherwise....

   Another reason to move on to different approaches / websites for doing this kind of work.
