I found no way to contact your help department without upgrading to Geni Pro. Not very user friendly.
And, I found you don't allow for the import of Gedcoms. I would like to use Geni for my paternal side, which currently is not listed. However, there are 2,570 people in the tree, which is obviously, impossible to consider manually entering all the data.
Please reconsider. If you allowed gedcom imports as a 2 step process -- 1) delete the current geni tree 2) import the gedcom to create a new tree.
This would get around the problem of duplicates, etc.
