My brother William Lloyd Spangler III passed away August 5th of 2012. I used to be able to administer my family members' status. I can not find a way to do that anymore. My family, including my widowed sister-in-law keeps receiving notices about their anniversary. How do I make that stop?

My sister passed away in January 2014 leaving us with no passwords to her account.
How can get access to her account..?
