Where did my pro membership go? I paid and became a geni pro member April 2012 after submitting a ticket for geni reversing my pro to a basic, nothing has been done to fix this. I have past relationship path e-mails sent to me, as proof that I am indeed a PRO member that cannot access my account that i paid for.
