Jeff, Geni Curator What type of access problems are you having? Forgot your password, you can go to the Login page and there should be an option for "forgot password".
If you no longer have access to your original email address used on Geni and do not know the password for Geni, please send an email to subscriptions@geni.com for further assistance.
