There are many people getting multiple copies of a profile as they enter a new profile. After entering in the information for a new profile, when you hit save the program just runs and runs. Most people will hit the go back button. When they refresh their screen and go back to where they were trying to enter the new profile, there could be 4,5,6 or more copies of the profile that they just entered. People are getting disconnect error messages or other error messages.

Most people are just having the continual running after an entry; disconnect or other error messages; having to refresh and return to where they added the new profile and find multiple copies of what they just entered.
Lucky me, I started having another problem after going through the same problem as everyone else. We haven't heard anyone else say so, but there could be others. I will enter a father for a profile and will end up with the father duplicated in the mother's position showing 2 blue boxes like the person has two fathers and no mother. There is also part of the information entered in the profile that is missing. I described my problem in more full detail on the first bug report mentioned above and in the discussion group link that is attached. In the discussion group everyone is talking about having the same problem with different browsers, etc.
I have one observation that may help, but I bet you have already been working on problems caused by this. I run Windows 7 64 Bit and we had the 28 Windows updates on Tuesday the 8th. I went back through my transaction history and it looks like I started having the slowness, error messages, disconnects, and multiple copies of profiles I entered after the 28 Windows updates.
