First please don't close the ticket before receiving a response back--since you don't know if the problem is resolved satisfactorily until you here from the consumer. My sister's profile is public, and we want to change it so that it is private. I realized that the problem is with the date on her profile--it appears as if she is deceased--which makes it eligible for public view. However, I am unable to change anything on her profile and when she goes to her profile page, she has to no option anywhere to change anything, either.
If it wasn't such a hassle I would just delete the entire thing, but it's easier to just make her info private. Please help us get her profile info accessible for change. I would greatly appreciate it!
