Can't upload video

For the past two days, I've tried uploading a video, a .m4v file that is 27 MB--which I've done a number of times previously without problem--and after loading for awhile, an error screen appears: "We are experiencing technical difficulties." When will this be resolved?

I discovered that the video did upload--just not the screen that allows you to give it a title, etc. I found the video posted as "Untitled." So I added all the pertinent information and it's up & running now.

Argh, I'm getting this error message again trying to upload a video (this time a 71 MB .avi file). This time, the video is not showing up at all, not even as "Untitled."
