Can't edit my sister-in-law father profile.
In family tree view the box can't load to be able to edit.
Pleas help me. Thank you
Add, try selecting the "More" option on your sister-in-law and select "Add Immediate Family". Maybe it will work that way and once he has a profile, hopefully it will load properly.
I was trying, but doesn't work. After I click to "Add Immediate Family" appear a blank window and after a few seconds is closed automatically. Thank you fot healping.
Ok, try this... :) Go to the profile of your sister-in-law (not in the tree view, the actual profile view), half way down the page in a section "Immediate Family" is a link to "Add Familly". Try that... maybe it is your Adobe Flash player having issues.
I was try all possibility to add, or edit a familly member, but without success. And this morning my sister-in-law child profile was disappeared too (just in family tree mode apear a loading box, as well like my sister-in-law father profile - without editig options). This problem is apper just in this part of my family tree. Thank you for healping.
I don't have permission to view your tree to see if I get different results, if you'd like see if I can reproduce your issue, I can send you a temporary family group request. I'm not aware of any issues being reported by Geni or the curator group about problems displaying the tree. The tree view is rendered with Adobe Flash, so this can be the root of problems if someone is having display issues. Often updating flash or trying a different web browser, like Google Chrome will fix the issue. Another alternative may be to try the HTML5 tree, which is under development (https://www.geni.com/family-tree/html5).
I was trying all browsers for acces, and i was entered to Geni tree from another computers too, but without succes. Pleas send me a request. Thank you.

Having similar problems with a borked merge. Mary Griffith Linthicum http://www.geni.com/people/Mary-Griffith-Linthicum/6000000019432809492 has a Tree Conflict that I can't do anything about even though I am supposed to be a manager of her profile and AM a Pro User!
Any attempt to fix the problem (multiple duplicate profiles of at least one, and maybe both, of her two husbands, just results in "We are experiencing technical difficulties". I think it is directly related to the fact that when I had her listed as "Mary Brown Waters (Linthicum)" she racked up 322 "matches". I stripped her name down to its least common components, but it was already far too late. That portion of the tree has been broken ever since.
It never even finishes loading from "Tree View", no matter how viciously I reduce the available display options - I've had it down to 1 Ancestors, 1 Descendants, Direct Only, and it STILL will NEVER NEVER NEVER load!!!!!!
The problem is slowly contaminating ALL branches of my family tree. IF I can see a normal tree display at all, when I pull up the "Relationships" tab the parents (if any) are shown but spouses and children ARE NOT.
If you don't get this fixed STAT, I will quit Geni and demand my money back!
Got the problem with Relationship Tabs sorted out, but http://www.geni.com/people/Mary-Griffith-Linthicum/6000000019432809492 is still causing trouble - and I think it's spreading.
I have some death and burial dates in duplicate on the some profile pages and am unable to delete the duplicate date.??? Help!
