Unable to view in Firefox 19.0 on clicking to view in HTML

When to send an advisory email about my family's forthcoming birthdays, in firefox I am unable to view the message when I click to view the details in HTML within the browser. Please note I do not use Internet Explorer. Can you suggest what I need to do to view the message as I get a blank screen?

This doesn't fix the issue, but you could try Google Chrome. I think it's more secure than Firefox, unless your running NoScript, and it's faster.
