My merges do not work at all for me. They just continue to run until I get the error page "Geni's servers are overloaded".
When you look at the tree later, one of the two profiles is not visible. It is actually hung up as part of a pending merge. It will eventually emerge some time later as a pending merge (+ sign) on the profile.
If I try to merge again, the same process starts all over again.
Here is a sample of the end result of my merge which now shows as a pending merge for Jehenne Allardin and Jehanne Chauffoureau (Allardin):
The merge on this submitted profile has been corrected, but there are more below from others.
