I have contacted you several times but there has been no solution. My name is Carolyn Beamer Mead and I have a Geni Pro account. Several months ago My email account was locked because Yahoo said that had been hacked into. I have not been able to sign into Geni but because I had to get a new email account I have not been able to communicate with you people about my account. My new email address is now carolyn.mead@yahoo.com ,but you will not communicate with me about my account. I have a lot of people I need to contact but I can't even sign on to Geni to my GeniPro account at all. my email address was crafty0901@yahoo.com but it is no longer accessible. It would be helpful if I could discuss this on the phone but since can't would you please look into this for me. I submitted a ticket to Charles one and I was able to connect one time but the next time I tried it did not work. I will be expecting a reply from you very soon because I need to contact people.
