Yes,  it has been gone for 5 hours now - stopped when I wanted to upload a picture.

  May be you should try to navigate to the home page again?

  I think they are having some issues with photo uploads.  I got the message myself.  The rest of the site seems fine, just photo uploading.

  It seems there was an issue with photo uploads during the weekend of March 30-31. You should be able to upload photos without issues.
