When I get an email reminder for a Birthday wish, I go to the greeting page and can send it but the send a gift function keeps loading and never appears. I don't know if the greeting is received because I can't get it loaded to my Home page. Stories and revisions on my homepage keep loading infinitely. Tabs on my profile page won't open either. I cannot open the edit function in the Tree view also. Some things work while others don't. I have updated Flash Player and test says it's working. Logging out and back in again doesn't help. I ran CC Cleaner and Virus software and restarted my computer to no avail. I use IE9 and Vista. Has the functionality of a basic membership changed? Can I get help from a Pro family member? Thanks for any suggestions.

Rachelle Fenton As a heads up to everyone, I had to disable Windows Tracking Protection and all the problems went away. I have used Tracking Protection before, be it Windows or other SW and didn't have any issures until now. I spent a lot of time redoing Flash Player to no avail. As soon as I disabled Tracking, everything came back!
