I would like to pay the fee for a basic subscription, but whenever i try it does not work. It seems that someting that I did at the very begining is blocking. Becuse of this your service is not availabele to me and of little use. I don´t want to start a new with a new account and have to redo my family tree. Please find the block and let me know when it is done.
