I missed the yearly renewal of my upgrading.
When I tried to upgrade my account, I got the following anouncement:
אין אפשרות ליצור את המנוי עקב: This transaction has been declined
What do I have to do in order to upgrade?

You might want to check that the credit card information in Geni is valid, such as the expiration date.
Hello Uzi:
You would need to contact your credit card company as to why it was declined. It would be suggestible to try using another credit card.
