It is not necessary to quote any of these mergers in the portrait of people merged nor is ti advisble to show this all AND WITH A BIG PICTURE on the Home page. One looses site of real reportable matters. PLEASE REINSTATE HOME PAGE AS IT WAS BEFORE!

Jeff, Geni Curator You can filter it out of the newsfeed by unchecking "Documents".

Lo Georges - Am I correct that by "Home Page" you did not mean your Home Page (where filtering the newsfeed matters), but the Profile Page - where these sit BELOW the Basic Info - just below the line for "Added By" and "Managed By" - and ABOVE the Tabs for Overview, Media, etc. And if so - I majorly agree with you.
I also note these are added to / listed in count in "Source" BUT when click on Source Tab - shows with no Facts. They are thus also majorly messing up what we see when we click the Source Tab - or at least, changing its function.

Jeff, Geni Curator The developers are working to include the ability to assign facts to the sources for these new matches. They're also reviewing the layout.
