I am trying to put in my grandparents for my father and it says he already has parents and it has a 5 above him and points to someone else Family Tree website- I have one also - but it does not show mine and mine has the correct info. Why will it just now let me enter the information?

Jeff, Geni Curator The little 5 just expands the tree. You must have your ancestor preferences set to 1. At the bottom of the tree, select the preferences and increase the ancestors to 2. That will display your grandparents without "expanding" the tree. It's not a separate tree. It's still your tree, but Geni only displays a select amount of the tree at once, which you can configure in that preferences. If you're having problems adding it, just post back and let me know what you're seeing.
