Problems due to old, inactive email account

I cannot find another way to contact you.  I have a problem with an old profile under the same name, but I don't have access to that email account any longer.  My old email was dltemer@celanese.com.  My current email is david.temer@mayaroad.com.

 

Can you please direct me to someone who can help with this situation?  Thanks

  I have a problem with  my father geni account , He don't have the access to his account, his e mail account is inactive , what to do
