  Help please.  I can't open the gedcom report sent to me.  It has a .zip extension.

  Hi Sharon and Susie,

  The GEDCOM will be in a .zip file extension when you open the .zip file you will see the GEDCOM file which has a .ged extension. To open and read the GEDCOM file you exported from Geni, you will need an application that is able to read a GEDCOM file. We recommend Family Tree Builder or you may find other options by searching online.
