I do not know if it is a bug in Adobe flash player 12 or your website. It is not recognized by your software. I do not like going to your trial page. A message should appear asking if we want to try the new trial page instead of directly going to this page. I have tried to press the install adobe player which does not work as well.

Peter Clifford Lindsay Harlen I too am recently having problems re Flash player. On accessing my tree I keep getting a message telling me that my computer does not support Flash Player & then showing me an inferior version of my tree. I DO have Flash Player, recently upgraded. How can I get the better version of my tree?

Jeff, Geni Curator Peter, what browser are you using. If Safari, Apple seems to have updated their Safari browser recently which has the Flash plug-in turned off by default. The following Apple Support Article provides steps on how to turn on plug-ins or how to allow a specific website such as Geni.com to use the Flash plug-in: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202819
