Please reply this email: O.rosenthal.bham@gmail.com - I need a solution to a merging bug which was created by Geni - not me. I put hours to build my tree and everything was crushed because my sister in law's --whose family has their own Geni tre - responded to the invitation to join my tree. Since there there are twisted duplication on my tree - and I don't have permission to make any constructive changes which will solve it. I am on the basic program so there is no help - but I think that since the reason for the bug is Geni's automatic processintg - Geni has the responsibility to solve such a bug!
I am very disappointed from the management of Geni. I used to devote time before but since the bug destroyed the tree I am hardly visit the website. Definitely the absence of management and the serious bugs do not encourage me to upgrade my membership.
The fact that there is no address and no Contact Us link is a real downside of your project. A real disappointment. I regret all the time I put on it.
I hope that you respond and convince me that there is a reason to re-consider my impression.
