Impossible to delate my account

Dear All, 

I appreciate the fact that you're sorry to "see me leave", but I really want to delate my account. 

Apparently, I'm not able to do that (please, see the file attached). 

I wasn't given a "security code" and, indeed, it's not requested in order to complete the procedure.

I write you here since I couldn't find any other way to report you that directly (no email address for help/suppport).

Please, let me know what I have to do to delate permanently my account.

  I'm sorry to see that you had an issue when you were trying to close your account, we do show that you have successfully closed your account yesterday.
