help on profile updating and administering

David Kemp input my dads profile (Loyd Caudell) and he hasn't been online for 3 years...I have emailed him to delete my dads profile because my dad passed away and I want to update it but I am prevented from updating because I am not the profile administrator.  Can you delete Lloyd Caudell, (my dad) so that I can re-input it with correct/complete info?..Thanks..Gina Mecum

  Two issues, - your father's account is a user profile, so you need to report him as deceased to close the account and get full edit access. No reason to delete the profile.

  When it comes to profiles managed by David Kemp, an obviously abandoned account, you can fix this yourself by asking Geni to find an active manager from the profiles.
