I feel like I was ripped off and I can't find a way to contact you.

Hi,

I set up a free account on Geni.  After entering family members, icons appeared that showed that information about some of my family neighbors is already known.  I agreed to the $119.40 fee to be able to include the data.  After I paid I realized that the fee was for MyHeritage.com and not Geni.  My Geni account remains as a free account, and the data I paid for did not copy to my family tree.

I did some research and realized that Geni and MyHeritage have merged.  I went to MyHeritage and learned how to import my family tree (thinking MyHeritage would now be a premium account since I already paid.  It was not. and there are buttons that say "Go Premium".  I thought I had gone premium.

Now I have accounts on both of your websites.  Neither of which are premium.  What did the $119.40 pay for?????

Please tell me how to resolve this issue.  If not, I will dispute the fee with my credit card company since selling a membership to a different site is deceptive.

Thank you for your help.
