Difficulties with the webpage configuration

Hello GENI team

My GENI webpage became totally disconfigured two months ago, weeks before it started showing defficiencies like impossibility to see ancestor's lists, people search and so on....... it has been impossible to settle it to its original configuration. I am attaching in a printscreen JPG archive the way it looks so you can have an idea of what I'm writing.

Due to restrictions in our country's currency exchange, my credit card (And everybody's) had been blocked till some weeks ago.

My issue is that I do not want to be charged another year's fee if the page doesn't work. Please I need help with this and GENI HELPDESK hasn't been able to solve this problem. I truly want my GENI page to work right. Could it be an issue with the Windows 8 operating system ?

I hope you can give me effective advise on this subject and I'll really appreciate it
