Am trying to update files and find that I can not enter proper place names for Bedford Co., PA. The drop down box does not contain the names required and program refuses to use names that are not in drop down box. I have checked place name locations on internet and they are correct. Example; I type Yellow Creek, Bedford Co., PA and the drop down box offers Yellow Creek (in a different county) Penn. and if I chose to just use Bedford Co., PA, the program comes up with Bedford, Bedford Co., PA.
The "Matches" , from which I am working, indicate my family member came from Yellow Creek, Bedford Co., PA. Why can I not insert that information in the member profile?
