I have read in a recent post where this issue had been addressed and supposedly corrected. I have just started using Geni.com and have found it quite useful. I have even thought seriously of adding your sister site, MyHeritage.com but if this problem persists, I will delete my account and pass word that your site is undependable. I need access to my tree not just profiles. Please assist.
