Please explain the procedure, it shall be done very easily. This fault shows how little user friendliness exists in this program!!!

You need help from customer support to close another person's user account.

Odd-Wiking Rahlff But as original creator of my mother's profile, why do I have to peddle you third-party guys for being allowed to set her status as "deceased". Even logging in with her own credentials does not allow me to do it?! That is really outrageousl!!

Geni Support Team Hi Odd-Wiking, you are unable to update the profile because the account had been claimed with an email address. Please report the profile as Deceased via the Actions button on her profile. Once our customer service team receives the report, we will be able to assist with unclaiming the account so that you may edit it to reflect her passing.
