That you might provide what I believe I've paid for

I'm a Geni Pro member. For a long time now you've been sending me matches but whenever I've attempt to explore them I get a message that I can't do so unless I pay more. You've now asked me to pay if I want to continue my Geni Pro membership. From my perspective I haven't been getting what I paid for and can't imagine why I would want to pay again.

My idea is that you provide the service you promise.
