Geni still returns "Unable to find a replacement manager" even when there IS a valid replacement manager, if there is no active manager in the actual family group.
This. is. CONFUSING.
Why not have it return a message like "Default manager assigned"?
I've been working on and updating a couple of branches of my tree showing up as abandoned. Why not add an active user as a manger to an abandoned tree instead of trying to locate a closer member of the family as a manager? Why not give the option to claim an abandoned tree if a manager can't be found?
