Bad E-mail address

I have a Geni account that has a bad e-mail address and I am being denied access to my account because of it. The bad e-mail address is old and no longer valid with the access provider. The old e-mail address is Robertfwebb@Comcast.net. My new e-mail address is robertwebb378#yahoo.com. On 5/30/2014 you charged me $190.80 on the old accunt. Under the old account my names was listed as Robert Ford Webb but I also am now listed in an account named Robert Webb that does not include an upgrade to Geni Pro so I am assuming the charged was applied to my old account. I want access to my old account since it has significant data saved and a very expensive family tree.
